yatistu mokṣamāsthāya brahmabhūto 'bhavanmuniḥ /
teṣāṃ yayātiḥ pañcānāṃ vijitya vasudhāmimām /
devayānīmuśanasaḥ sutāṃ bhāryyāmavāpa saḥ //

Yati, however, resorting to liberation, became a sage absorbed in Brahman.
Among those five, Yayāti, having conquered this earth,
obtained Devayānī, the daughter of Uśanas, as his wife,
