mahībhujāṃ saccaritaiś caraiḥ kriyāḥ sa veda niḥśesam aśeṣitakriyaḥ
mahodayais tasya hitānubandhibhiḥ pratīyate dhātur ivehitaṃ phalaiḥ //

Leaving no task unfulfilled, he knows the actions of kings / completely through upright spies; / his intentions are perceived [only] by their great outcomes / which entail benefits, like those of the Creator by His fruits.
