1.21

na tena sajyaṃ kvacid udyataṃ dhanur na vā kṛtaṃ kopavijihmam ānanam
guṇānurāgeṇa śirobhir uhyate narādhipair mālyam ivāsya śāsanam //

By him no strung bow is ever raised, / nor is his face ever distorted with anger; / his command is borne upon the heads of kings / out of devotion to his virtues, like a garland.
