yamaniyamakṛśīkṛtasthirāṅgaḥ paridadṛśe vidhṛtāyudhaḥ sa tābhiḥ
anupamaśamadīptatāgarīyān kṛtapadapaṅktir atharvaṇeva vedaḥ //
His firm body emaciated by restraints and observances, / bearing weapons, he was seen by them— / weighty through the radiance of incomparable tranquillity, / like the Atharva Veda with its verse-lines arranged.
