vimucyamānair api tasya mantharaṃ gavāṃ himānīviśadaiḥ kadambakaiḥ
śarannadīnāṃ pulinaiḥ kutūhalaṃ galaddukūlair jaghanair ivādadhe //

Slowly being vacated by herds of cattle, / as white as snowdrifts, / the sandbanks of the autumn rivers aroused his curiosity, / like the hips [of women] from which silk robes are slipping down.
