yathāyathaṃ tāḥ sahitā nabhaścaraiḥ prabhābhir udbhāsitaśailavīrudhaḥ
vanaṃ viśantyo vanajāyatekṣaṇāḥ kṣaṇadyutīnāṃ dadhur ekarūpatām //

Entering the forest together with the sky-dwellers,
each in their own couples, illuminating the mountain creepers with their radiance,
those lotus-eyed damsels took on
the singular appearance of flashes of lightning.
