muktamūlalaghur ujjhitapūrvaḥ paścime nabhasi sambhṛtasāndraḥ
sāmi majjati ravau na vireje khinnajihma iva raśmisamūhaḥ //

Copper-red like saffron, as if female messengers from the beloved hurrying [them] toward the evening party,
the sunbeams falling through the lattice-windows of the mansions were gazed upon respectfully by the women.
