sa-mūla-kāṣaṃ cakaṣū rudanto rāmā'ntikaṃ bṛṃhita-manyu-vegāḥ
āvedayantaḥ kṣiti-pālamuccaiḥ- kāraṃ mṛtaṃ rāma-viyoga-śokāt

Rubbing out completely [their grief], weeping, their surge of anger intensified, / they approached Rāma and announced aloud that the king was dead from the sorrow of separation from Rāma.
