dadṛśe parṇa-śālāyāṃ rākṣasyā 'bhīkayā 'tha saḥ,
bhāryoḍhaṃ tamavajñāya tasthe saumitraye'sakau.

Then he was seen at the leaf-hut by a lustful demoness;
scornfully looking past him who had taken a wife, she stood before the son of Sumitrā.
