Noble sir, make haste, make haste! By order of the noble Vidura, these men are calling all the actors together: 'Let the preparations, beginning with the uninterrupted arrangement of musical instruments, be set in motion! For it is the time of the entrance of the son of Devakī, the wielder of the discus, who is followed by eminent sages such as Pārāśarya, Nārada, Tumburu, and Jāmadagnya; who out of desire for the welfare of the lineage of Bharata has undertaken the embassy in person; and who is eager to set forth toward the camp of the great king Duryodhana!'
