Inscrutable indeed are the ways of the great! The brilliance that arose from the eye of the foe of Andhaka / reduced Madana to mere story; / yet, wonder of wonders! the light that was born from the sage Atri’s eye / spread abroad this entire three-world as consisting solely of Madana.
