tulyakṣīraṃ pacedetairghṛtamakṣasamairbhiṣak
śaiśukaṃ nāma tat sarpirvātagulmanivāraṇam
measured in akṣas, the physician should cook with these and an equal amount of milk a medicated ghee; / that clarified butter named Śaiśuka is an eliminator of vāta-gulma.
