saṃgatā niyataṃ yasmāt pātayanti kalevaram
anyaccāśu saṃnipatatyato vā sannipātatā
Because, having united, they inevitably cause the body to fall, / or because another [affliction] falls upon it rapidly, it is therefore called sannipāta.
