sūtrasthāne bhagavatā nirdiṣṭo dvividho jvaraḥ
hetuliṅgauṣadhajñānaiḥ pratipanno'smi taṃ tathā

"Twofold fever was indicated by the Venerable One in the Sūtrasthāna; / by means of the knowledge of its causes, symptoms, and remedies, I have understood it accordingly.
