vātaviṇmūtrasaṅge ca nirūhaḥ sānuvāsanaḥ
bahirmārgagate cāpi jvare'bhyaṅgādiriṣyate
and obstruction of vāta, faeces, and urine, an unctuous enema with an evacuating enema [is prescribed]; / and when the fever has moved into the external pathway, massage and the like are desired.
