narasya vātaprakṛteryadi syādvātiko jvaraḥ
ṛtau ca vātaprakṛtau sa duḥsādhyastrisaṃkaraḥ
If a man of vāta constitution should get a fever born of vāta / in a season of vāta constitution, that [fever] of threefold confluence is difficult to cure.
