mātrābalavidhānajñā jānate guṇakarma ca
karmajño vā'pyarūpajñastāsāṃ tattvaviducyate

knowing the rules of dose and strength, know their property and action. / Even one who knows their action without knowing their form is called a knower of their true nature;
