8.3.21

sattvetaraṃ ca dvandve ca mānasāmayahetavaḥ
dhṛtivīryasmṛtijñānavijñānairmānasaṃ jayet

and the other [qualities] than sattva in pairs are the causes of mental diseases. / One should overcome a mental [illness] by resolve, courage, memory, knowledge, and discernment;
