vyatyāsena ca sāmudgaṃ doṣe tūrdhvamadhogate
muhurmuhuḥ śvāsakāsahikkātṛṭchardiśāntaye
and enclosed [before and after meals] alternately, when the humour has gone upward and downward; / repeatedly for the pacification of asthma, cough, hiccups, thirst, and vomiting.
