anādasya tu bhūyiṣṭhaṃ samo bhavati pāvakaḥ
tasyāmalakamātrasya sarpiṣaḥ pānamiṣyate
For one who eats non-cereal foods, however, the digestive fire is mostly balanced. / For him, the drinking of clarified butter in the dose of an āmalaka is desired.
