vātapittakaphaireko daśa syāt prakṛtisthitaiḥ
rasānāṃ tu vikalpāḥ syurekaikaśyena ṣaṭ smṛtāḥ
With vāta, pitta, and kapha remaining in their natural state, there would be one [state], [making] sixty-three.
And the combinations of tastes individually are remembered as six.
