prayojyaḥ kaphasaṃsṛṣṭe nātitīvrabale'nile
anvāsanāścaturviṃśatirnirūhāḥ ṣaṭ ca karmaṇi

it should be employed when [wind] is combined with kapha and the wind is not excessively fierce in strength. / In karma there are twenty-four unctuous enemas and six decoction enemas;
