pavane pittasaṃsṛṣṭe vidhātavyo vijānatā
alpatvāt snehabastīnāṃ yukteryogaḥ sa lāghavāt

and should be administered by the knowledgeable physician when wind is combined with pitta. / Because of the smallness of unctuous enemas, it is yoga, due to lightness of application;
