lohasya pātre paripācitaśca siddho bhavet saṃgrahaṇīkapāṭaḥ /
vātottarāyāṃ maricājyayuktaḥ pittottarāyāṃ madhupippalībhiḥ //

and thoroughly cooked in an iron vessel; thus Saṃgrahaṇīkapāṭa is prepared. / In [dysentery] dominated by vāta, it is taken with black pepper and ghee; in that dominated by pitta, with honey and long pepper;
