gomūtre triphalākvāthe taptaṃ śodhyaṃ trisaptadhā /
svarṇādi sarvalohānāṃ kiṭṭaṃ tattadguṇāvaham //
Heated [and quenched] twenty-one times in cow urine and a decoction of triphalā, it is purified. / The dross of all metals, such as gold, carries their respective qualities.
