kiṭṭāddaśaguṇaṃ muṇḍaṃ muṇḍāttīkṣṇaṃ śatādhikam /
tīkṣṇāllakṣaguṇaṃ kāntaṃ bhakṣaṇātkurute guṇam //
Muṇḍa is ten times more effective than iron dross; tīkṣṇa is a hundred times more than muṇḍa; / kānta produces a hundred thousand times more effect than tīkṣṇa upon consumption.
