<śvetabrahmabījakalpaḥ>
śvetapālāśabījāni caikaikāni samāharet /
ajāghṛtenānudinaṃ māsānmṛtyuṃ jarāṃ jayet //

<Regimen of the Seeds of the White Brahmā Tree>
One should gather seeds of the white palāśa, one by one; / [taken] daily with goat's ghee, within a month one conquers death and old age.
