sthite vāyau sthire sarvaṃ vapuḥprabhṛti śāmbhavi /
tasmādvāyuṃ nibadhnīyātsthire vāte sthiraṃ manaḥ //

when the wind is still, everything, beginning with the body, is still, O Śāmbhavī. / Therefore, one should restrain the wind; when the wind is steady, the mind is steady.
