<yogābhyāsaphalam>
mayoditamidaṃ sarvaṃ divyavāyurasāyanam /
yaḥ seveta sa puṇyātmā kṛtakṛtyo jagattraye //

<The Fruit of the Practice of Yoga>
All this divine wind-rejuvenation therapy has been proclaimed by me. / Whoever practices it is a virtuous soul who has accomplished his duty in the three worlds.
