<jālandharabandhaḥ>
jālandharaṃ kaṇṭhasirāsamūhānāṃ ca bandhanam /
kṛtvādho namayitvā kaṃ tadā syandati mūrdhataḥ //

<Jālandharabandha> / Jālandhara is the binding of the network of throat vessels; / having contracted it and bent the head downward, nectar then flows from the skull.
