ghṛtaiḥ karṣaṃ lihet prātaḥ saptāhāt sarvarogajit /
evaṃ kṛtvā dehaśuddhiṃ śālyannaṃ kṣīrabhojanam //

one should lick one karṣa [of this] with ghee in the morning; within a week it conquers all diseases.
