samyagjātabalo bhūtvā tataḥ kuryād rasāyanam /
<rasāyanopayogaḥ>
kṣīrājyāmalakarasakṣaudraiḥ suratarūdbhavam //

and having gained full strength, one should then undertake the rejuvenation therapy.

Churning oil obtained from the divine deodar together with
milk, ghee, āmalakī juice, and honey, one should drink two palas of all that every day.
