śrībhairava uvāca
karmayogena deveśi prāpyate piṇḍadhāraṇam
rasaśca pavanaśceti karmayogo dvidhā mataḥ //
The holy Bhairava said: / By the yoga of action, O ruler of gods, retention of the body is attained; / and the yoga of action is considered two-fold: mercury and the breath.
