tuṣakarṣāgninā bhūmau mṛdusvedaṃ tu kārayet
ahorātraṃ trirātraṃ vā rasendro bhasmatāṃ vrajet //
One should apply gentle steaming on the ground with a fire of chaff and cow dung.
