śukladīptiḥ saśabdaśca yadā vaiśvānaro bhavet
lohāvartaḥ sa vijñeyaḥ sattvaṃ patati nirmalam //
When the fire becomes possessed of a white brilliance and accompanied by sound,
that should be known as the swirling of the metal; the pure metallic essence falls.
