nityaṃ sarva-rasābhyāsaḥ sva-svādhikyam ṛtāv ṛtau || 57 ||
food and drink in brief should be the opposite of these at other times. / A regular habituation to all tastes [is recommended], with the predominance of their respective [tastes] in each season.
