sāsṛṅ nir-asras tatrādye gauravād apsu majjati |
śakṛd dur-gandham āṭopa-viṣṭambhārti-prasekinaḥ || 14 ||
with blood or without blood. In the first of these, due to heaviness, the stool sinks in water;
[it is] foul-smelling, [passed] by one who has gurgling, flatulent distension, pain, and excessive salivation. // 14
