viparīto nir-āmas tu kaphāt pakvo 'pi majjati |
atīsāreṣu yo nāti-yatna-vān grahaṇī-gadaḥ || 15 ||
The opposite is without āma; yet, though digested, it sinks because of phlegm. / For one who is not very careful in cases of diarrhoea, grahaṇī disease
