gulme 'nyair vāta-kapha-je plīhni cāyaṃ vidhiḥ smṛtaḥ |
kaniṣṭhikānāmikayor viśvācyāṃ ca yato gadaḥ || 51 ||
This procedure is stated by others for abdominal lump arising from wind and phlegm, and for spleen [disease]; / and on the little and ring fingers in viśvācī, on the side where the disease is.
