aṣṭāv aṅgāni tasyāhuś cikitsā yeṣu saṃśritā |
vāyuḥ pittaṃ kaphaś ceti trayo doṣāḥ samāsataḥ || 6 ||
They say that therapeutics rests upon its eight branches:
wind, bile, and phlegm: these are the three humours in brief. || 6
