1.48

tantrasyāsya paraṃ cāto vakṣyate 'dhyāyasaṅgrahaḥ |

āyuṣkāmīyaśiṣyārthadinartuvyādhyasambhavāḥ ||

baddhāmakaphavātatvācchūlānāhādikānapi ||

kumāraṃ pāhi māteva brahmā tadanumanyatām ||

Further, following this, the summary of chapters of this treatise will be spoken: / 'Desire for Longevity', 'Instruction of the Student', 'Daily Regimen', 'Seasonal Regimen', 'Non-occurrence of Diseases', / Because of bound raw matter (āma), kapha, and vāta, also colic, abdominal distension, and the like. / Protect the child like a mother; may Brahmā grant assent to that!
