mātrāśitauṣadhajñānaśreṣṭhaśudhyādisaṅgrahāḥ ||
kecillaghvannabhuktasya yojyamāmolbaṇe na tu ||
sāśrayaṃ sāvalambaṃ ca kaṭyādīn mardayedanu ||
'Knowledge of Liquids and Food', 'Protection of Food', 'Incompatible Food', 'Foods and Drinks', / 'Eater of Measured Quantities', 'Knowledge of Medicines', 'Summary of Foremost Purifications and the Rest', / For one who has eaten light food, in some cases it is to be applied, but not when raw matter (āma) is prominent. / One should subsequently rub the hips and the like, providing support and reliance.
