yadālpabījo 'lpabalaḥ pumānudvegaḥ strīdveṣayukto 'nyakāmo vā nāryā vyavāyapratighātaṃ karoti tadvidhā vā nārī puṃsaḥ |

When a man of deficient seed, deficient strength, perturbed, filled with aversion to women, or desiring another woman hinders intercourse with the woman; or when a woman of such condition hinders the man;
