23.15

madhyabhaktaṃ madhye bhaktasya tat samānānilavikṛtau |

koṣṭhagateṣu ca vyādhiṣu paittikeṣu ca ||

tathā nātimātramanilaḥ prasarati ||

nivṛttaḥ kurute 'tyarthaṃ kṣavathuṃ sa bhṛśakṣavaḥ ||

'During a meal' means in the middle of a meal; that is in disorders of samāna wind,

and in diseases located in the gastrointestinal tract, and in those caused by pitta.

Thus the wind does not spread excessively.

Ceasing, it causes extreme sneezing; that is excessive sneezing.
