syaulyakārśye prakṛtyāpi syātāṃ tatrāpyayaṃ vidhiḥ |
satataṃ vyādhitatayā sadā yojyo vibhajya ca ||
Even if corpulence and emaciation are innate by constitution, this rule still applies to them. / Because of constantly having the nature of a disease, it should always be administered with discernment.
