28.18

nirūhaśca samīraśca tīkṣṇavegāvubhāvapi |

tāvannamūrcchitau tīkṣṇāvadho 'nnena sahāgatau ||

tīkṣṇāḥ kavalāḥ manaśśilānaladatutthakāsīsacūrṇaḥ sasarpiṣko dhūmaḥ |

naladacūrṇasya ca muhurmuhurāghrāṇanam ||

Both the evacuating enema and the wind have sharp velocity. / Confounded together with food and sharpened, they may come down together with the food, / [or] sharp mouthwashes [are given]; smoke [is inhaled] of realgar, nalada, tutthaka, and sulphate of iron powder along with ghee; / and constant smelling of nalada powder.
