Ashtangasamgraha 3.51

3.51

nā 'rohodviṣamaṃ śailaṃ nāvaṃ saṃśayitāṃ tarum |

nipātayenna loṣṭena na phalena phalaṃ drumāt ||

sthitaṃ tat guptamākāśe rātriṃ prātaḥ srutaṃ jalam ||

He should not climb an uneven mountain, a risky boat, or a tree.
He should not knock down fruit from a tree with a clod of earth, nor with another fruit.

That water kept exposed to the open air at night and strained in the morning.
