32.15

saruje cākṣṇi prāk paścāditarasmin |

anyathāñjanodvegasaṅkucite 'ntaḥ samyagauṣadhaṃ nānupraviśet |

tataivamatiśītādiṣu ca yathāsvaṃ doṣotkleśādvikāraparivṛddhiḥ ||

And in the painful eye first, afterwards in the other;
otherwise, when it is constricted inside from the alarm of the collyrium, the medicine would not properly enter.
So likewise, in excessive cold and the like, there is an increase of the disorder due to the agitation of the respective doṣas.
