athāñjanaṃ nātiśītoṣṇābhravātāyāṃ velāyāmubhayakālaṃ ca yojyam |
tathā satataṃ naiva vā ||
Now, the collyrium should be applied at a time that is neither too cold nor too hot, free of clouds and wind, and at both twilights,
or continuously, or not at all.
