triguṇena rasena śaṅkhapuṣpyāḥ sapayaskaṃ ghṛtanalvaṇaṃ vipakvam |
upayujya bhavejjaḍopi vāgmī śrutadhārī pratibhānavānarogaḥ ||
along with a triple amount of juice of śaṅkhapuṣpī and with milk, one palvaṇa of ghee is cooked;
having used it, even a dullard becomes eloquent, capable of retaining what is heard, imaginative, and free from disease.
